My Ankle

Hello everyone. If you didn't know already since March I have been having trouble with my ankle in dance class. Well yesterday I went to AI DuPont and it turns out that I have tendinitis so I'm going to have to go to physical therapy 2 to 3 times a week for 4 to 6 weeks and I can't dance except for Friday which is team and I can't miss team. Say a prayer that my ankle gets better so I can dance in the March competition! I'll keep you posted!!

  1. What did you do to your ankle? You have quite a few months to get it stronger, so keep at the physical therapy. By the end of 6 weeks you'll know what kind of exercises help and you can do them on your own.
